• April Board Meeting cancellation notice

    March 19, 2020
  • Good afternoon Fairfield House,

The Board wants to first start by wishing everyone health and prosperity during this different if not difficult time. The Board will remain steady with general maintenance and future projects, though we must continue to be flexible through these trying times. We will continue to respond to any questions and needs. Anything that pertains to COVID-19 we’ll refer you to the experts which include the CDC, Virginia Dept. of Health and the Fairfax County Health Dept. Please keep in mind this is a dynamic situation and schedules are changing rapidly which, will most likely change some projects schedules in the near future.

With that said and as you know, over the weekend a request was made by many government entities to limit groups congregating. This decision was made as we focus on trying to “flatten the curve” by limiting interaction and therefore opportunities for the spread of COVID-19. We believe that we need to balance that focus with our responsibility to meet the needs of our community.

To look out for your safety and to do our part to flatten the curve abiding by the recommendations conveyed by the CDC, the Board has made the decision to cancel April’s monthly meeting. We’ll evaluate next month regarding if we can hold May’s meeting in public.

Please feel free to contact Management with questions or concerns at sano @ cmc-management.com or call 703-230-8537.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
    Your Fairfield House Board.
