  • Owners are reminded that when you list your unit for sale, you or your
    realtor must contact Community Management (CMC) to request a
    resale certificate from the Association. Upon receipt of a request for a
    resale certificate, the association has a right to inspect the unit for the
    purpose of determining any violations regarding the unit’s compliance
    with Association rules and disclose this to the prospective buyer. It is
    essential that the Association is advised of the identity of the new
    owners. In addition, when renting a unit, the owners must identify the
    renter and provide the Association with a lease agreement specifying
    the terms of the lease. This information is necessary in order for the
    association to maintain a current list of owners and/or renters.
